If the business contact details have not been collected directly from the data subject (e.g. by receiving a business card containing such data by a representative of Corporate Coach U sp. Z oo), they could be provided by the represented entity or obtained from publicly available sources such as public records. Business contact details are processed primarily for the purpose of maintaining and developing business relationships with the entity represented by a given person and for other purposes constituting the legitimate interests of Corporate Coach U sp.z o.o., in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR (such as taking the necessary actions to conclude or necessary to perform a contract with the entity that a given person represents, risk management and internal control, internal reporting as well as assessment and optimization of the quality of services provided, or assessment and development of sales opportunities), as well as in order to fulfill the legal and regulatory obligations incumbent on Corporate Coach U sp. z oo in connection with its activities (including for the purpose of issuing invoices, documenting the services provided, proper identification of the represented entity). Business contact details may also be processed by Corporate Coach U on the basis of a separate consent granted by a given person (e.g. in order to receive ordered marketing materials from Corporate Coach U sp.z o.o.). In such cases, the personal data provided when granting consent are processed on the basis of this consent, to the extent and for the purpose specified therein. Business contact details will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above (e.g. in the scope of concluding and implementing the contract between Corporate Coach U and the entity that the person represents – for the period until the conclusion of the contract or its implementation, and after that time for the period and to the extent required by law or for the implementation by Corporate Coach U of the legitimate interest of the administrator).
