Lidia Nwolisa

Business coach with over 20 years of international experience. She was the first coach in Poland to be accredited by International Coach Federation. She gained corporate experience working for 10 years in international companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, both in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. In the years 2004 – 2006 she was a board member of the International Coach Federation in Poland. Since 2005, she has been co-running the Polish branch of the international company Corporate Coach U. She is also the founder and president of the Porta Foundation, whose mission is to support those who struggle with exclusion and discrimination.

She has a British and American coach certificate: Management Coaching Accreditation from Strathclyde University and The School of Coaching in Great Britain and Accreditation of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF (International Coach Federation) in the USA. She is a licensed Coaching Clinic trainer – a coaching training for leaders and managers. She graduated in management in Poland and Great Britain. She is also a mediator using Non-Violent Communication.

She specializes in coaching people in managerial positions and management teams, managing people in international corporations and consulting for business. She has completed over 3,000 hours of individual coaching, mainly for senior management. Her clients achieve the highest results in the areas of development of leadership potential, strategic influence, effective interpersonal communication and effectiveness of team management. Her support is used by leaders and managers of companies from sectors such as consulting, media, financial services and banking, construction, pharmaceuticals and fast moving goods. Her in-depth understanding of the business, coupled with bold, cutting-edge questions, help her clients achieve more by using their inner potential to the fullest.

Privately, she has been an enthusiast of a healthy lifestyle, cold water baths and dancing. She is also a happy wife and mother of four.
