Bogdan Łapiński

He is a business practitioner, executive coach, trainer and management consultant. Since 2005, he has been co-running the Polish branch of the international company Corporate Coach U. Since 2015, he has also been working as a coach in Great Britain.

He has nearly 30 years of managerial experience. He created the Polish branch of the global consulting company Hewitt (now Eon Hewitt) and, being its CEO for 9 years, made it one of the leaders on the Polish market of HR and management consulting. He gained experience in HR management while working as IKEA HR Director for Central Europe and Pepsi Cola Management Development Director. In the years 2004 – 2006 he was the president of the International Coaching Federation in Poland.

He specializes in coaching in the areas of leadership, business strategy implementation, change management and creating a culture of high efficiency. He conducts workshops for management teams, helping them define the company’s vision and strategy as well as the process of its implementation. Bogdan is a coach of teams that he helps to achieve a higher level of cooperation and efficiency. He conducted trainings in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. He lectured in human resource management at the Polish branch of EU University.

Bogdan graduated from psychology at the University of Warsaw. He obtained the accreditation of the coach of the International Coaching Federation. He is a licensed trainer of Coaching Clinic – training in coaching leadership for managers. He has the MBTI practice certificate. He is a certified Zenger-Miller Leadership Programs trainer.

Bogdan helps clients to exceed their limits and release their potential, thanks to which they extract the potential of their teams and entire organizations to achieve high business goals.

Apart from his business activities, Bogdan runs a non-profit meditation center.
