BIZ.360® IN AN ASSEMBLY

360-degree feedback is a method by which a manager learns how people in his or her professional environment assess the level of his managerial and leadership skills. Information is provided through anonymous questionnaires by the supervisor, subordinates, people at the same level of the organization and sometimes also by internal and external clients. The evaluated manager receives information in the form of a summary report prepared by our company. In addition, the manager meets with coach Coach U, who helps him interpret the results and use them for his own development.
The high efficiency of FDI.360® is due to the fact that information is provided by people who know the manager from many situations, often for many years, and therefore have the best basis for an objective assessment.
We use BIZ.360® mainly to:
• Assessment of the level of managerial and leadership competences
• Assessment of the managerial and leadership potential of the organization
• Improve communication and cooperation with subordinates
• Setting coaching goals
• Preparation for the Leadership Development Program
• Implementation of the leadership competence model in the organization.
